and related tools for students, parents, teachers, schools, and districts.

- Date of birth (for student accounts and age-appropriate features)

- Communication preferences (email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing opt-ins)
- Competition registration and prize fulfillment details where required by law
b. Information collected automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent
- Game and competition data: problems attempted, accuracy, speed, scores, rankings
- Technical data: error logs, performance metrics, and usage statistics
c. Information from third-party services
If you sign in with Google or another identity provider, we may receive your name,
email address, and profile image from that provider, as allowed by your settings.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and manage accounts for students, parents, teachers, schools, and districts
- To record practice sessions, competitions, scores, rankings, and awards
- To provide reports to parents and educators about student progress
- To maintain the security and integrity of our Services and detect fraud or cheating

subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information.

ExamGiant is often used by children with the involvement of parents, teachers, or schools.

- Create and manage child accounts themselves rather than having young children
sign up independently.

We aim to support compliance with student-privacy laws, but schools and districts
are responsible for ensuring that their own use of ExamGiant complies with local and
national regulations.

We keep personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services,
comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Competition records and anonymized statistics may be kept longer for educational
and research purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect
personal information. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to
reduce risks and respond promptly to issues.
9. International Users
ExamGiant may be used in multiple countries. By using the Services, you understand
that your information may be processed in the United States and other locations
where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws
than your country.

Depending on your location and role, you may have rights such as:
- Accessing the personal information we hold about you or your child
- Requesting corrections or updates
